Custom quoted per project and paid in full before website launch, our Flat Rate Plans allow you to customize exactly what you want for your business website.
Flat Rate Payment Plans require the web design to be paid in full before project launch, with the cost divided into two payments. Web hosting and domain registrations are typically invoiced annually. Site maintenance is invoiced on an hourly basis.
After your website is live, you can make instant content changes using the content management system at any time. If you need us to make content changes, updates will be completed within 5 business days. All change requests are submitted via email unless otherwise arranged.
There’s no limit. You can make as many content changes as needed with the content management system or you can request to have us make the changes for you. Flat Rate Plans do not include site maintenance will be invoiced hourly.
We will try our best to accommodate feature requests when it will fit within the standard 5 business day turnaround time. If a feature request is more complicated in nature, we may either suggest waiting for the next redesign or we may also quote you a small fee for the feature changes.
Yes. All of our Flat Rate Payment Plans include basic email services. However, because of the increasing complexity of email, we recommend using a dedicated email service such as Google’s GSuite or Microsoft Office 365 for your business email addresses. They offer more storage space, advance features and much better spam controls.
The development time varies based on the complexity of each project, but our general time frame is about 4-6 weeks for most websites, but some projects can take up to 6-8 weeks or more if complex in nature.
If you choose to move your site to another company or hosting provider, we’ll provide you with a copy of your website. The Content Management System and Email Forms may not work in the exported format as they are a hosted-only service we provide to our clients. However, it should be fairly easy to setup with another provider if needed.
